firm pillows small shower
the reception staff was helpful and efficient i appreciated that
the pillows were not comfortable at all they were too firm and high i ended up with a stiff neck each morning the shower was also quite small it made it difficult to move around without bumping into the walls i think new pillows and a larger shower would improve the experience.

Really good Stay
quick access stylish bar wide selection quiet oasis
The tram stop is just a short walk from the hotel, about 100 meters. This provided quick access to Alexanderplatz transit station. The location, in the Prenzlauer district, provided several cafes and dining options. I found the art nouveau decor very interesting, and I loved the cocktail bar (open from 6 p.m.). The breakfast offered a very wide selection of food. The staff packed a takeaway breakfast for my early flight, including various sandwiches with cheeses and lunch meats. Fruits were also included (that was so thoughtful!). The hotel rooms are spacious and quiet. The staff was uniformly helpful, professional, and kind . Internet access was easy to set up (though I noted it seemed a bit insecure at times). The garden offered a quiet oasis for relaxation. The hotel is close to many restaurants, cafes and bars. I found great arts and crafts in the neighborhood. The breakfast was excellent, and cappuccino could be brought to the room. (I enjoyed starting my day this way!). The area felt residential, yet connections to the U-bahn and S-bahn were simple to navigate.
The pillows felt lumpy, so I had to sleep without them.
Service
9/10
The staff was very polite and accommodating throughout my visit. They assisted with requests quickly and efficiently. The attention to detail from the team enhanced the entire experience.
Dining

Location

The hotel is located near public transport. This made it easy to access various attractions. Many restaurants and shops are nearby, providing convenient options for dining and shopping.
